The main ingredients of our Cured Acorn-Fed 100% Iberian Loin are sea salt and a light marinade of La Vera paprika and fresh garlic. We stuff the marinated pork into a natural casing and leave it to dry and age for around three months during a slow process in our natural bodegas. GLUTEN-FREE.
