Our Acorn-Fed Iberian Morcón is prepared with pieces of lean meat selected from our acorn-fed 100% Iberian pigs. We marinate it in salt and spices, and then stuff it into a natural casing. Cárdeno’s Acorn-fed Iberian Morcón is dried and cured for fewer than two months during a slow process in natural bodegas. Enjoy the unmistakable flavour of this exceptional product. GLUTEN-FREE.
