Our Cured Acorn-Fed Presa Ibérica is prepared traditionally with acorn-fed 100% Iberian shoulder blade cut. Our Acorn-Fed Cured Presa Ibérica boasts better marbling than the cured loin. The main ingredients are sea salt and a light marinade of La Vera paprika and garlic. After we stuff the meat into a natural casing, the Cured Acorn-Fed Presa Ibérica undergoes a slow drying and ageing process in our natural drying bodegas for around 60 days. GLUTEN-FREE.
